Refund policy

Returns. You can return your Foculars within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Try it on; if it is not for you, send it back undamaged in its original box. Shipping charges are not refunded.

To start a return, email hello@foculars.com with your order number. We reply with the return instructions. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return arriving.

Damaged or defective on arrival. Email hello@foculars.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we replace the pair at no cost.

Made-to-order note. Each pair is printed after you order. Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until they ship; email us as soon as possible.
